Hi Sir,
Sorry for more questions on bonar paint!
In part a would it be fair to say that the forecasted inventory and inventory days has decreased on the assumption that Bill Bonar is thinking of introducing JIT as it has been pointed out in the case study that often necessary high stock levels are held?

That might be what Bill would claim and it might happen, but there is guesswork and optimism it seems to me. The forecasts are showing improvement in every performance measure – perhaps unjustified optimism.
