I have a question which i think you could of help to me.
I have gone through review engagement area of p7. I have read that the reporting of review engagement is slightly different from assurance engagements. The modified “opinion” word is replaced with modified “conclusions”.
Can you please tell me that would “modified conclusion” paragraph preceded with “basis of modified conclusion” paragraph or is it vice versa?
I would be grateful if you could reply me asap
In the style of the revised audit report, I believe that the reports for engagements other than audits will follow the revised audit report guidelines
Thus I imagine that we will see a paragraph for modified conclusions followed by a paragraph explaining the basis used for arriving at those modified conclusions
