Can you tell me what is meant by CSF’s, I just don’t know what it stand for?
CSFs = critical success factors. These are what the organisation must get right if it to have any chance of success. An organisation can have many objectives, but some are much more vital than others. The most important ones are critical success factors.
For example, a company selling over the internet must have a reliable internet site and ordering mechanism. If it doesn’t have that then its prices, range of stock etc are rather irrelevant to its success.
