Hi Sir,

In your revenue recognition video, the car selling example under determination of transaction price, why are we recognition a receivable of 9070 in T1? Isnt it supposed to be only 432, as we have already recorded 8638.

At T0 – Dr Receivable Cr Revenue 8638
At T1 – Dr Receivable Cr Finance income 432

So at T1 balance on receivable will be 9070

If that’s what you are thinking, we are saying the same thing.
