Hi
I am reading throught eh revision kit for BPP, the question Venue (Dec 2012). I dont understand how RR standard conflicts with conceptual framework.
Also do we have to take into account Time value for money? as the sale of goods are point of time, do we still need to take that into effect.?

If the revenue is to be received / earned over an extended period of time, instant recognition would be in conflict. Additionally, I believe that dcf principles apply.
But surely the BPP revision kit answers should indicate the “official” thinking
