and also professor are refunds and rebates two different things?

Because you use “and” as the connector, so thought they might be different in SBR.

Depends on the context. You have to read each question carefully. Try not to take words too literally – ‘refunds’ is used in lots of different contexts. The exam question will tell you what to do.
