Hello guy, how are you? hope you are fine.
How do we treat lnventory that is donated and included in revenue for the year yet still in hand?How is it donated and yet still in revenue AND inventory?
If it’s gone out of our possession and included in revenue (all risks and rewards have been passed over to the beneficiary of our donation) (what revenue if it’s been donated ie given) then it should be excluded from inventory
If it’s still in our possession and risks and rewards have not been passed, then it should be included in inventory and excluded from revenue
Ok?
