Hi sir,
If one stock leave the warehouse it will take the avco at that particular time. However what happen if this stock return from the site . Which cost should it returned? Will it be the latest avco cost or the original avco cost when it was outbound?
Oh dear – what an esoteric question! And how could it possibly be material? Where a retail establishment selling thousands of items has one returned, by how much will it affect avco if I include it at $4.20 instead of $4.35?
To what degree of accuracy do you want the answer? 16 decimal places?
