Respected teachers and fellows I have failed my ACCA FA exam 4 times despite having all the required knowledge of topics when I open book to study I can understand everything like its in my mind but when i enter exam I think that i have forgotten everything and fears grips me my highest fail mark were 41% and lowest 32% please help me genuinely I cant sleep properly now due to stress and depression All of my classmates are ahead of me too.Thank you all of you.
I feel suicidal that i dont deserve to exist in this world every body is better than me.
Assuming that you want to continue and to pass, then think more positively.
Have you watched all of my free lectures? They are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Have you bought a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers? They are full of exam standard questions to practice once you have finished your studying, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
If you have a Revision Kit, then have you been practicing questions under time pressure? Have you attempted the mock exams in the Revision Kit under exam conditions? Have you attempted the specimen exams on the ACCA website? Time pressure in the exam is a big problem for everyone which is why it is so important to practice under time pressure.
Have you been approaching questions in the exam in the right way – leaving until later questions that need a lot of reading or are clearly on topics that you are less confident of?
Have you made sure that when the time for the exam is nearly finished that you have made guesses for any questions that you have not completed?Have you allocated your time between Section A of the exam and the questions in Section B?
Again, think positively. If you are certain that you want to continue with ACCA then convince yourself that you can pass the exams 🙂
Respected Sir ,I have not watched any lectures just took institute based classes and yes completed the BPP exam kit and fully studied Study text of BPP.I have a very large difficulty in answering section B only MTQ 1 is I have noticed is a mix of many topics ,mixing cash flow ,shares ,depreciation but I can answer somewhat consolidation part (MTQ 2).I am good at theory part but calculation of depreciation in a way book is different and examiner asked is on tabular form (a different form).I want to continue ACCA ,I passed management accounting exam which is considered more difficult than this one.But syllabus of FA is too big to even revise once all completed.
