Pls, is there anyone who submitted and passed topic 8? Kindly get in touch pls
Since I have to resubmit for topic 8, I need some help regarding which financial information to use
e.g.
Company A (primary) – first submission – financials for 2010, 11, 12
Company B (comparator) – first submission – financials for 2010, 11, 12for resubmission, this is what is available
Company A (primary) – resubmit – financials 2011, 12, 13
Company B (comparator) – resubmit – financials for 2010, 11, 12 and Q3 for 2013.Can someone shed some light on what am I supposed to do
@razakamani sorry you are trapped into absurd situation. several choices in MY opinion:
1. change comparator to get matching statements
2. make projections for last qtr your self for comparator based on three quarters and mention this in note
3. third choice need to ask OB university if you can present the 10-11-12 for both companies as the statement would not be available for comparator, this way you will make your self safe, take my advise start with third choice. OB office is pleased to answer such queries. mind you if the new statements are going to be issued even fifteen days before submission (ie 20 may) you need to include them. (this is what I was told by OB office)

Has anyone who passed the RAP this term gotten the hard copy of confirmation letter and the transcript send by mail from OBU? How long is it going to take normally??? Remember i read somewhere that OBU will be sending out the hardcopy of those documents after the results, thanks for the input

I passed in 2nd attempt with less then 10% amendment to my thesis first submitted!

Can you please share what 10% amendment you made in your rap before resubmitting. What was your topic?
When a candidate receives his graduation, he is instructed to keep the data regarding his/ her thesis confidential so sorry I will not share the data but yes I can give the information regarding mistakes.
1. The business analysis was brief, corrected it by just segregating according to my business model with heading and a little bit re-phrasing and some information add-up but not more then 50 words added.
2. There was a referencing blunder as I issued my own acronym for referencing FS, corrected it according to the requirement of marker.
3. Conclusion was not fruitful, corrected it by re-arranging and plugging headings according to the that which marker identified was not clear.And voila!
