Should I print it, then sign it and finally scan it before uploading or what?

No need to print it off and sign it. Think this is leftover from the time when the RAP was submitted as a hard copy. Just upload the file

@trephena, the re-submission statement form is in pdf, is hand written permitted, if not how can I get the word version.
Need urgent response please.

Any Word doc where you address the issues for resubmission will be ok. Give it the title and file name Resubmission Statement. It is the content and how you have dealt with the weaknesses that is important – not the actual formal format. 🙂
