Hello
Restructuring provision can only be recognized if there is a detailed approved formal plan of restructuring and entity has raised valid expectation in those affected by starting to implement the plan or announcing its main features to those affected. Right?
Yes – that is correct = Constructive obligation = Recognise provision
So we have to write both things that either entity has started to implement the plan or announced its main features to those affected. Right?
Both things. It is an AND not an OR.
