Restatement of audited FS
Hello
Can 31 dec 2022 Audited & approved FS be restated and reissued as at 31 Dec 2022 for approval again? (Restatement is due to error in FS).

Depends on the legislation in the country where company operates. In UK for example I would contact the Registrar of Companies.

But not really an SBR question.
