Sir, is it true that managers of cost centres should be accountable for controllable costs ONLY & Costs which is not controllable by a junior manager may be controllable by a senior manager.
& also.. The performance of a profit centre is measure by its return on capital
i doubt that the third is true since i think it’s stating about the performance of the investment centre. but i just wanna clarify if im correct or not..
The third is not true, the first two are true.
