Sir, If a company passes a resolution to prevent reappointment then which resolution would it be?

“Prevent reappointment” – what exactly do you mean?

If you’re talking about the non-reappointment of an auditor, that is simply the non-passing of an ordinary resolution ie it’s a proposed resolution that is not passed
