Dear Tutor
I failed June sitting and going to take September sitting for F9. Could you pleas advise how I should prepare September exam?
to be honest, I was disappointed with the result as I thought I could pass last sitting, I have done BPP exam kit nearly twice, plus some part of Kaplan’s exam kit. But I am aware of lacking practice section C questions. In the real exam, I didn’t complete all section C questions.
any suggestions, please?

As far as practice is concerned, there are enough Section C type questions in the BPP and Kaplan Revision Kits. I don’t know how recent your copies are, but also use the more recent sample papers on the ACCA website.
When you do practice, make sure you attempt the questions yourself before looking at the answers and attempt them in the time allocated. Part of the problem in the exam is the time pressure.
Also, even if you get stuck in the exam or do not have enough time to finish, make sure you do something for every part of the Section C questions. It is better to have done something for each part, even if none of the parts are completely finished, then to have left some parts with nothing at all. There should be no parts where you cannot get at least 1 mark, and usually many more marks (and remember you only need to get half marks overall to be passing!). - AuthorPosts
