Sir can you please also confirm my understanding of this subject matter.
Upon resignation of the auditor, i know a written notice along with a statement of circumstances is sent to the client company and also, the notice is sent to the regulatory authority and shareholders. However, can you say if the statement of circumstances is also required to be sent to the regulatory authority & shareholders or just the notice alone.
