Do you have to fulfill both to claim the RNRB?
– Left to the direct descendants
– Estate includes Main Residence
And what to do if there is a MAIN RESIDENCE and NO mention of leaving to the direct descendants?
Yes you do and the question should be very obvious. They rarely leave you hanging and not giving clear details. If in doubt (and its a written answer) then make your decision and state what you have done and why so the marker knows and take it into account.
