Good day sir.
Does the following expenditure relate to research or development expense? Why?
$86,000 in attempting to convert seaweed into a cure for muscular injuries.
It is research expenditure because they are spending money trying to find a new product but there might never be a new product (they are attempting to find one but they might not be successful).
