They are no longer available
If you know the names of any of the questions you could possibly find them on youtube
But why do you want them? 2009 – 2016 is surely enough for the purposes of practising past exam questions
Furthermore, if there are any good questions from that period that are still relevant, the reputable publishers will most likely have included them within their revision kit / exam kit
