1)Sir even in Repudiatory breach if innocent party affirm/continue the contract and complete his side of bargain then he would sue for payment by the other side na instead of damages?
2) As you said earlier that in Repudiatory breach aggrieved party can either end the contract or affirm it and in either case, the aggrieved party may also claim damages.
But can this also be possible that injured party end the contract without claiming damages , or affirm the contract without claiming damages?

I’m sorry, but I can’t bring myself to answer this – why would you be the injured party as a result of someone breaking a contract with you and not claim damages
In fact, it IS possible that you don’t claim damages … but nevertheless you would be entitled to them
