Sir in report writing generally question ask for audit procedures in 2 ways either it says that
Describe audit procedure that should be performed in order to form a conclusion on any required amendment
OR it says that
Recommend procedure audit team should undertake to try to resolve the issue

Are both of these requirements exactly the same thing or are they different?
