Ma’am apart from issuing an auditor’s report to shareholders, the auditor also gives out a ‘Report to management’?

And if so what does the ‘Report to Management’ really contain?

See s.7 in Chapter 12 – “report to management” is also called “management letter” or “letter of weakness”.
