Sir!
If examiner will ask for write a report that he did in qs 1 than it is necessary to end up with conclusion or not bcz in some answers of past exam did this in some not?

It depends on the report. If, for example, you are asked to produce a recommendation then that would be the conclusion. Otherwise you don’t need one.
