What is the risk of renting property on a rotational basis, any disclosures require in the FS? Also opening a site for public attraction, does this bring any risks I.e do any public and health and saftey laws need to be adhered to and correctly disclosed?

I don’t think there are any special issues with that type of renting.

Your second point refers to business risk and that is not on the F8 syllabus.
