    Hi,
    I have a challenge determining the cost of sales components for rental property for a financial projection. I have the sales revenue from the rental incomes but how to determine the cost of sales in other to ascertain the gross profit margin is the issue.

    I have read through IAS 16 and IAS 40 and none of the IAS seem to address this issue.

    Could anyone please help me out?
