Hi,
I have a challenge determining the cost of sales components for rental property for a financial projection. I have the sales revenue from the rental incomes but how to determine the cost of sales in other to ascertain the gross profit margin is the issue.I have read through IAS 16 and IAS 40 and none of the IAS seem to address this issue.
Could anyone please help me out?
