    Hi

I am working through a question hoping you can help me understand where I have gone wrong.

Person has been RND in the UK since 2006/07 and have to calculate the RBC for tax year 18/19

I calculated that they had been resident for 13 years so would come under the 7-9 years, but the answer showed it should be the £60,000 under the 12-14.

Have I missed a tax year? Thank you

Obviously this is P6 not TX-UK – you have said above that the taxpayer has been resident for 13 years – therefore they have clearly been resident for at least 12 years out of the previous 14 years and therefore it is the 60,000 RBC that applies
I think you may have missed the point – rather than a tax year?
