Remaining lectures

I cannot promise that the FA 2016 version will be recorded in the next few weeks as I am teaching nearly every day and preparing lectures and answering student queries when not teaching. The FA 2015 (March version) may be used, however as other than on VAT where the new FA 2016 registration and deregistration limits must be used (as per the course notes) the only other differences are that the dates in the examples are a year earlier than they should be.If there are any other differences that you find between the FA 2016 notes which you must use and the FA 2015 lectures then please let me know and I will explain.
