    sir , kindly tell how to handle 1st question when examiner do not ask for a particular model means multiple model scenario how to give answer in time constraints? (thanks)

    All you can do is to read the question and decide which models might fit the data given. Usually, the following (or parts of them can be used):

    PESTEL: look for environmental data in the question

    5 Forces: look for information about competitors etc.

    SWOT: can always be used

    Ms model (resources): look for information about internal resources.

    You don’t have to have information about everything a model mentions to use it. For example, there might be information in the question about the economic position and technological areas. You can use part of PESTEL to recognise those and you don’t have to mention the P, T, L at all.
