Dear sir
There are 3 companies A, B and C
A owns 70% of B
C owns 30% of A
Does this now mean, that C owns 21% of B and can exert significant influence? I’m just doubtful about the multiplication part? Is this how it’s done in a group structure to check if related party exist or not?
Thanks
Don’t multiply anything!
C has SI over A. A has control over B.
All 3 are RP.
