I would like to ask the question
In what way is the conceptual framework related or is linked to the regulatory framework?Oh dear! I’m not sure there is a difference. Certainly the regulatory framework provides guidance about the form and content of financial statements and is based on concepts. I think I would need to see the context in which these two expressions are mentioned before I would be prepared to go further in any attempt to distinguish / separate them.
