    HI.
If I plan to take a year off from studies, do I still need to pay the subscription fee? Will I lose all my exemption fees and start from scratch? I realy cannot afford to study in 2014. Does anybody knows how this works??

You will not loose exemptions, but you will have to pay your yearly subscription fee
