Watch the lectures (at least twice) and read the notes (once every 2 days – they’re only 2 hours from start to finish and when I say “read the notes” I mean exactly that – just read)

After 1 week of regular and frequent absorption of the lectures and the notes, open your revision kit / exam kit and start practicing mcqs and mtqs

Use a blank sheet of A4 to record your attempts at answering the questions (do NOT write your attempts in the book itself)

You may score around 10% – 15% on your first time through

Maybe 30% – 35% on the second pass through and could be up to 50% – 60% on the third pass

From then on, it’s pure bonus

Try to do >100 questions per day (better still, >200 would be fantastic)

Over and over … constant repetition.

And post here again when you come up against something that you don’t understand

    OK?

Claimant and plaintiff are the people bringing a legal action against the defendant.

Technically, a claimant is (literally) a person that claims. For example, a lost relative may turn up and claim their inheritance

A plaintiff is the person that brings a legal action against a defendant to civil court
