I’ve written 2 articles on this site (one for “general” and one specifically for P7) on examination technique
There are in addition within the technical articles for P4 (?) two articles written by members of the P4 marking team. These say basically the same as I do in my articles

For 2016 none of the standards you have asked about is examinable
