Regarding receiving ACCA certificate

Hello

I’m exempted from 7 papers, (skills and funamental except F7 & F6)
When I finish these 2 exams, 3 essential professional papers, 2 optional papers and the professional ethics module, am I going to receive a certificate that I’m a chartered certified accountant from ACCA? or I will take the certificate based on module I pass?
