sir how can we make profit when the exchange rate falls?(future) …. also to add a second part to my question when exchange rate changes you mentioned future rate also change. Since exchange rate is always fluctuating does that mean future are also in constant change?

It depends whether you are receiving or paying the foreign currency, and whether you have bought or sold futures.

Futures prices change from day to day.
