Reference

I am doing research on hotel company,
I referenced NP Margin graph in my Word file as (Data Source: Appendix C) under the picture graph.
Then in Appendix C (Excel file) there were graphs I referenced them by saying (Source: Appendix B) under the graph
Then in Appendix B i referenced by saying (Figures used for ratio calculations have been taken from Appendix D and E)
Appendix D contains extract from income statement and Appendix E contains extract from financial statements.
Appendix D and E are referenced saying (Figures have been extracted from annual reports of respective Hotels)

Although i want to say to myself “don’t try to perfect your report” but i want to maximize pass chances.
Can someone tell me if above references are correctly used.
If not what are the necessary corrections in them?
