I wanna knw that basic award for redundancy and unfair dismissal remedies is max 20 year of service at 350 a week or 330?? B-2 cases name is enough for a question or..??
Do you know, I don’t know what the current rates are! In the exam, if it comes up, why not say something like “….payable up to the statutory maximum”

Is this applicable for the December 2010 sitting?
