maam from what i understand recruitment services have 2 parts: 1. reviewing qualifications and evaluating financial competence of the applicant 2. selection, appointment terms, negotiation of remuneration -mgt responsibilites
the 2nd point is diasllowed whether senior personnel or junior level employee of client.
And the 1st point allowed for non-director and non-senior posts,
but what about the auditors role with respect to reviewing qualifications and evaluating the competence of directs and senior personnel? are they allowed to provide client services with respect to them?
