hello tutor please help with this question it is quite confusing when i came across it
Three of the Advantages of Selection testing are set out in which of the following
A) Can quickly assess attributes / Precise / Standardised.
B) Bias can be easily excluded / Accurate when well validated and assessed / Objective.
C) Objective / Can be administered in group / Precise.
D) Removes danger of coaching / Objective / Standardised.
for me i think the answer is B
I would go for B too.
I got this quest from a tutor but he said the answer was
C) Objective / Can be administered in group / Precise.
i am only confused because selection is not an advantage if administered in group.
There are group selection methods where the interactions of people in a group are observed.
I suggest that the question is a poor one. Perhaps more than one answer is correct.
Don’t worry any more about it.
