Eg. “‘Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure?”Probing: a form of open question, but trying to obtain more information eg “On that occasion how did you deal with the pressure?”Closed can be answered ‘Yes’ or ‘no’ eg “Can you work under pressure?”Problem solving: “You have to prepare two reports but have time to prepare only one of them.
