Professor, I was stuck at a point as I got too views regarding recruitment in urgency.
First view: When we want an employee urgently so better option is outsourcing to Consultancy or Recruiting agencies as they have resumes or CV banks and employees at waiting so they can quickly suggest few.
Second view: It is better to use in-house HR department recruiting as it is urgent so they will quickly work as per requirement within deadline.
Which view will you support? And please give me your views too.

And please suggest me whether recruitment should be Outsourced or self-done when we have special and complex requirements in the potential employee?
Q1: If urgent, then a recruiting agency is almost certainly faster. If you emphasise urgency they will probably work quickly.
Q2: No clear answer, but if outsourced then the nature of the special skills will have to be carefully communicated to the agency. However, some of the people they might already have in their database might have those3 skills.
