    Dear mike

    Why there is no recording for reconstruction point I can’t understand the example In notes especially when deal with cash when I record cash in cash account and reconstruction account and when just in cash account really it’s difficult point for me

    You never record it “just in cash account” What happened to the double entry that you learned at F3 level!

    Where cash is involved, one of the entries is in cash account. Where cash is not involved, there is no entry in the cash account – so it’s probably in the reconstruction account.

    tarek – this topic is really not beyond the wit of man. A P2 student should be able to follow the double entry within the answer without too much difficulty

    Try it again and, if you’re still struggling, ask me to explain particular entries that you are not happy with
