reapportionment of service costs

Hi sir, just would like to clarify,

1) using absorption costing, do we calculate full production cost or full cost of sales(include non-production overheads)?
2) when you reapportion service overheads to production cost centres, are these overheads production overheads or non-production overheads?
3) Similarly, in activity based costing, are the costs of the support activities (that are grouped into cost pools) production or non-production overhead?
