I have just started with the past exam questions, and found the question paper a bit overwhelming. Lots of information scattered over various exhibits.
Should I make notes on scrap paper as I read along so that I do not miss any information while answering the requirements?
From the ACCA website:
“Remember that scrap paper is not allowed on exam day – that means you need to get into the habit of practicing using the on-screen scratchpad that’s available in the Practice Platform and the CBE environment.
The marker cannot see your scratch pad. If you want any of your workings to be marked (especially for any OT and case questions) these need to be included in the response area.”
You can also highlight text and copy and paste it to your answer or scratch pad.
As you day, there is lots of scattered information and some form of note taking or highlighting is needed jy most students.
