Could I just read the course notes and be able to do well in P3 without watching the lectures as I have massive internet connection problems here so can’t view the lectures properly so are the course notes capable of being a stand alone resource on it’s own?
They are reasonably comprehensive and follow the studio recordings very closely, so are a valid stand-alone resource PROVIDED you also look at lots of ex exam questions. Notes and lectures give you the theoretical foundation but this exam is primarily about applying those theories to exam question scenarios.
