    hey i wanted to knw reading book twice is enough or not and wat is d trick of attempting 50 marks question its very time consuming and after attempting first part i usually lost my interest in the question

    You should now concentrate on doing questions.

    The important thing about trying questions is to read and plan. Note down your answer plan and the compare to the model answer. Also, look at the revision lectures on this site as this takes you through some case study questions.

    How to use IT in scenarios??? Depends on scenario.

    AND ANY TRICK 4 CHANGE ITS TOOO DIFFICULT: No idea what you mean.

    And plz explain strategic drift? This is where strategies gradually fail to address the strategic position of the organisation. Eg, environmental changes might occur slowly and the organisation only notices when it is probably too late to correct matters.

    Flux is where it is recognised that a current strategy is not working well, so panic sets in with different, usually ineffective, strategies being tried. Either a successful strategy is found or the organisation fails.

    I don’t think DMP/SBU is important.
