I’ve always thought they were nearly the same!
I think measurement fixation is having lots and lots of measures – almost for the sake of it.
Tunnel vision is not seeing beyond the measurements.

Dear Ken, I can’t understand the difference b/n many of the performance measurement related problems…it seems the same for me & I am not sure why the same concents are splitted into d/t things…tunnel vision, measure fixation, misrepresentation, gaming,…etc.

It’s not my list – it is one that is contained in many standard texts.
Misrepresentation = eg telling lies about performance to make you look good.
Gaming = eg sabotaging a rival
