im re joiner to acca can any body help me to decide whether it is easy to pass tax in cbe or in manual paper?

Firstly ACCA exams are not easy, they require significant time and effort plus ability to succeed. Thereafter whether CBE or written is really down to your personal preference and expertise.
The first thing that needs to be done is for you to start work on the paper and you can then decide which exam format at a later date - good luck with your studies!
