    1 How to write a relevant and suitable interpretation for ratio analysis.
    2 If some figure are not given for calculating some of the ratios how to calculate those ratios.

    1) Have you read my answer to the question Elchin and Aurelija in the course notes?

    2) Are you really quite sure that this is a sensible question?

    Isn’t it like me asking you how long to the nearest 5 minutes it will take a car travelling at 80 kilometers per hour to cover the distance between 2 points?

    Is there any particular example that you have in mind where a ratio is asked for but there appears to be a lack of salient data?
